The benefits of Yogurt



Good Afternoon.

 Just wanted to talk to you about the benefits of yogurt because I have been relying on it heavily as a snack, on my detox diet.  

The benefits of yogurt are many.

Yogurt: is easier to digest than milk; contributes to colon health; can increase your immunity; is a rich source of protein and calcium; can improve absorption of nutrients; increases healing of intestinal infections; can reduce incidence of yeast infections; and can lower cholesterol.
