Vitamin B

What do Vitamin Bs (1,2,3,5,6,7,9,12) do?



They help to:

stimulate your metabolism; 
protect against cancer and heart disease; 
promote healthy nerve and muscle function.

Where do you find them?

Cereals, whole grains, potatoes, bananas, legumes (ie. lentils and beans) and believe it or not, oysters!

Hope everyone is having a great start to the week!
 I personally am revamping my diet and 
exercise routine to try to increase my metabolism and to get in shape! I may even consider vitamin B12 shots!
