Sunshine and Vitamin D

Believe it or not, if you have a chance to get outside in the sun for about 15 minutes a day, we get a daily doses of Vitamin D!
Sunshine and Vitamin D is not only good for our bones, teeth, muscles and heart. But it definitely affects our energy levels, immunity and mood!

If you can't get outside, Vitamin
D can be found in a variety of foods such as; fish, milk and soymilk, seafood, orange juice, breakfast cereals, mushrooms, puddings, eggs, pork, ice cream, cheese and infant formula.
Well you get the idea.

Supplements are available but can lead to Vitamin D toxicity so should be used with caution. So let the sun shine in!
