Positivity
You are your thoughts!
How does this work?
Neurotransmitters help to send messages in your brain. Our thoughts trigger chemical reactions that either increase or decrease these in our brain and impact our well-being.
So think positive thoughts and you will boost your immune system and reap the benefits of increased wellness.
Meditation and relaxation techniques can quiet the mind and lead to more positivity!

Juicing
get healthy
Green juice, carrot juice? Why is everyone doing it?
Truth is it's just plain simple.
And healthy for you.
It's clearly falling into that all "raw food" diet.
The purpose it turns out
is the less you cook your food or the more "raw" it is
( not only unprocessed and more
whole) it is more "nutritive" or
has more beneficial nutrients in it!
Why not give it a try? You may even find that you
have more energy, more healthy skin
glow and all around good feeling?
So here's to you! I think I will have that carrot juice now!

Take a moment and breathe...just breathe.....
After all the rain and stormy weather it's nice to just take a moment and breathe. Contemplate the week ahead. Start fresh and clear your mind for what lays ahead. It has been said that you can add years to your life if you let go of stress. This can be accomplished with meditation before you start your day and right before you head off to slumber. Try it!
