Believe it or not, if you have a chance to get outside in the sun for about 15 minutes a day, we get a daily doses of Vitamin D!
Sunshine and Vitamin D is not only good for our bones, teeth, muscles and heart. But it definitely affects our energy levels, immunity and mood!
If you can't get outside, Vitamin
D can be found in a variety of foods such as; fish, milk and soymilk, seafood, orange juice, breakfast cereals, mushrooms, puddings, eggs, pork, ice cream, cheese and infant formula.
