What are your hopes and dreams?
Have you ever wanted to do something outrageous beyond anything you ever imagined for yourself? Did your parents hold aspirations for you as a child? What are your hopes and dreams? What will you do in your life to make people stand up and take notice?
When I was young I thought I wanted to be a ballerina on the stage. I was always inspired by my parents. It seemed they could do anything! My mom was a terrific business woman, loved to travel. She was and is still a splendid artist. My dad was a soulful pilot and later in life an entrepreneur.
My views of the world through their eyes was beautiful and adventurous! To this day, I am still striving to become a better person through my chosen career of a nurse. Striving to help people and encourage others to become all they can be!
What can we do each day to make this a better place? What do you hold dear? I believe we can achieve wondrous things in each of our lives, given the opportunity and fortitude to remain true to our goals! Each and every one of us! It doesn't matter where you come from or where you are right now!
All it takes is a little imagination and a belief in yourself! You can do it! All we have to do is try!

Goal setting: Making Dreams come alive
Do you have a special dream? Plan for the future? Is there something that you would
like to see happen in your life and don't know how to achieve it?
Goal setting is a great way
to help facilitate your career or life desires in the direction you would like.
But how is this possible? Goal setting should be positive in nature. You can have short and long
term goals. You can hire a personal life coach if it helps. You can have the life you dream of.
No matter what the goals are. They should be prioritized steps that are "do-able."
With each goal achieved, you will feel more positive, self-assured, more capable, and more confident.
Try a few goals a day, until you get the hang of it. Once you achieve one goal, develop another. Maybe a more challenging goal. Whether it is to plant Spring flowers, bake brownies for your kids, clean out the corner kitchen drawer that you have been avoiding or perhaps going back to school, volunteering in the community, or saving money for a dream vacation.
All is achievable. If you write down your goals, a funny thing happens, they start to take shape.
You get enthusiastic about the next step. You can get other people involved to help you. And it's more fun that way with family and friends. What are your goals for today?
Take a moment and
write down 3 goals for today or this week,
and see what happens!!
Have a blessed Sunday!

I'm a bit of a dreamer
My parents always made me believe
I could do anything I set my heart on.
I guess I still believe that. I am constantly looking
for something new to learn.
The world is a curious place.
A place of wonderment.
Especially through the eye of a dreamer.
Dreamers have a different perspective on life.
A dreamer always looks beyond the surface of
appearances to the heartfelt emotions of a situation.
We look for the beauty in life.
Almost like an artist sees the world.
Dreamers are very sensitive and
are in tune with their environment.
It's okay to dream. Some of the biggest inventions
of our time have come from dreamers.
You may even learn something new about yourself.
So go ahead and dream! Dream big!
And, if you're lucky, you may even see a unicorn. : )

And Heaven smiled.....
No matter where we look, there is beauty all around us! If we just take a few minutes from our busy schedules to really take in all the natural wonder!!

I'd like to think of it as a gift, that is given
to all of us, to enjoy each minute of the day, no matter how short!
Just take a deep breath and dream of a peaceful life of serenity and hope.
You may have to watch your step every now and then! Someone may want to wake you from your dream, your peace, your serenity or your hope. But you just hold onto that picture!

Don't be deterred from your dreams or aspirations!
Life is worth taking a chance!
Believing that you can do it!
Believing in yourself!
And hopefully, along the journey, you can enjoy it with your loved ones!
Furry friends, included!
